Your Partner in Feeling Empowered and Embracing Change

Life is filled with twists, turns, and unexpected challenges. In this complex voyage, having a compassionate co-navigator by your side can make all the difference. I'm Tina Manning, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC), and I am here to support you wherever your path may lead.

Specializing in Your Unique Needs

With a deep understanding that each individual experience is unique, I specialize in working with both children and adults of all ages who are navigating the complexities of life, anxiety, OCD, or other internalizing symptoms. I am also passionate about assisting adults in various life transitions. Whether you're facing the challenges of change, the weight of uncertainty, or the grip of anxiety, I am committed to being your ally and sharing helpful tools you can use throughout your life.

Specialized Expertise in Anxiety and OCD

Anxiety and OCD can be overwhelming … and you don't have to face this alone. With specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), I am equipped to guide you through evidence-based techniques that empower you to confront your fears and regain control over your life. Our collaborative work will lead you towards a sense of liberation and tranquility. In addition to working with children and adults to confront anxiety, I am also trained to provide SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) treatment to parents of children with anxiety and OCD, so both you an your child can feel empowered to make big changes together!

Advocacy and Inclusivity

At the core of my practice lies a fervent belief in human equality and the value of diversity. I am dedicated to serving individuals and families from the LGBTQIA+ community, recognizing the importance of safe and courageous spaces and understanding. As an advocate, ally, and through lived experience, I strive to create an environment where everyone can openly express themselves and not only affirm, but value and celebrate each individual and unique perspective.

Empowerment Through Self-Compassion

In our sessions, you can expect a warm and empathetic space where your thoughts and feelings are heard and respected. I believe that self-compassion is a cornerstone of growth, and I will support you in cultivating a kinder relationship with yourself. By nurturing this self-compassionate outlook, you'll discover newfound strength to overcome challenges and embrace change.

Your Partner in Transformation

Here are some of my qualifications, in case that kind of stuff is important for you to read about :)

Outside of the office, you will usually find me curled up with a good book (sci-fi, fantasy), walking and playing with my dogs, and spending time with my family and friends.

I am likely thinking about the next cup of tea and fixating on my current new and almost always short-lived interests (paper quilling, mandala painting, anyone?)

I would be honored to support you on your path toward personal growth and fulfillment.

Together, we can explore the complexities of life, navigate challenges, and uncover the strength and resilience that lies within you. If you're ready to get started, you can call or email us below!
