Sometimes it's just nice to know that you aren't the only one struggling.
PARENTING SUPPORT GROUP
Parenting a "high intensity" child can be overwhelming, emotionally exhausting, and isolating. If your child struggles with anxiety, autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorder, or other issues that create "big emotions," you are probably well acquainted with the feelings of exasperation and dread that have become part of your daily life. Please know that your child's big emotions are NOT YOUR FAULT and that, although it sometimes feels like it,
YOU ARE NOT ALONE!
This group is designed to provide psychoeducation, skills development, and a supportive community for both mothers and fathers of children ages 3-11 that experience challenges with emotional regulation and behavioral outbursts.
